Washington Free Beacon writes, North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory, along with the nation’s governors, met with President Obama earlier this week and discussed his dissatisfaction with the President’s answers to his questions on energy independence. PAT MCCRORY: I asked the President whether or not he had helped Governor McDonnell and Governor Nikki Haley and myself in North Carolina to begin offshore exploration for oil and gas, and I got a political speech and no commitment to it whatsoever.
