Kerry Proposes Bilateral Talks with Iran

Breitbart writes, Although it was just weeks ago that Iran's Supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei rejected the notion of new bilateral talks between the U.S. and Iran, newly confirmed Secretary of State John Kerry has proposed direct negotiations again.   This gesture comes two days after "[w]orld powers and Iran ended two days of talks about the Islamic Republic's disputed nuclear program with a pledge to hold further discussions next month."
