Napolitano Claims Sequester Cuts Open Door to Terror Attacks

Breitbart writes, On Feb. 25, Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano warned that the pending sequester cuts will make the U.S. more vulnerable to terrorist attacks.  Napolitano claimed, "I don't think we can maintain the same level of security with sequester compared to without sequester." She said sequester cuts to DHS, "the Department of Justice and the Department of Defense, would have real impacts on the robustness of our defensive posture."
