Who cares about the Oscar's and who really matters in Hollywood?

Breitbart writes, As one who has "real" friends in the entertainment industry at all levels, and as an American not enamored of bubble existence Hollywood elitists like Eva Longoria, I have to ask ...  Who really cares that a bunch of pre-selected Hollywood elitists vote to see which one will be propped up as this year's elitist to be lauded?  Vote to award all the hard working people who really make the movies from the set builder, gaffer, electrician, camera man or woman to the post editor.
